That place is Cleethorpes, Grimsby and the North East Lincolnshire Wolds.

What's on Offer

Beach & Amenities

The beach is Cleethorpes' most famous asset. With a four-and-a-half mile stretch of beach, Cleethorpes is justly proud of its Blue Flag awards for water quality.

Places to Visit

With Pleasure Island theme park, Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway, Jungle Zoo, Cleethorpes Discovery Centre, The Fishing Heritage Centre, Waltham Windmill, Grimsby Auditorium, Meridian Park and Chequered Flag Karting there are attractions to suit all tastes!

Entertainment

Wake up to fine food and fun. With an array of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, Cleethorpes & Grimsby have built a reputation for excellent nightlife. If the trendy bars are not your scene then, for an equally enjoyable evening, visit The Grimsby Auditorium or Caxton Theatre.

Shopping

More than 100 stores, including the major High Street names, can be found in Freshney Place Shopping Centre in the heart of Grimsby. A short walk away is the exclusive Abbeygate Shopping Centre, a must for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

Cleethorpes has a mix of old and new. Historic Sea View Street offers a selection of boutiques, delicatessens and other shops. The Meridian Craft units and the shops at Waltham Windmill provide for those with an eye for something different.

Eating Out

If you've not visited Cleethorpes in the past few years, be in for a surprise when it comes to food and drink. There are still wonderful fish & chips but they are not the only culinary delight.
