Getting There

Road

From the North take the A1/A19 to the A171 or A170, from the South take the M1/M18 or the A1 to the A64 and from the West take the M62 to Hull then A63/A165 coastal route or the M62 towards Hull and the A614 Howden, A613, B1249, A64 county route.

Rail

The East Coast Mainline inter-city services from London and Edinburgh and the Transpennine rail service from Liverpool and Manchester. Change at York for Scarborough and Filey to the Northern Spirit Service. The Esk Valley route to Whitby runs via Middlesborough, whilst the Wolds Coast Line runs from Hull to Filey and Scarborough.

Sea

P&O North Sea Ferries from Rotterdam and Zeebrugge to Hull, only 1 hour away by road.

Air

Leeds/Bradford (70 miles), Teesside (59 miles) and Humberside (56 miles) airports are the closest, while Manchester and Newcastle are only 127 and 100 miles away.
