Destination Whitley Bay and Tynemouth are 8 miles east of the famous city of Newcastle upon Tyne. Also here are Cullercoats, North Shields and Wallsend - at the end of Hadrian's Wall. What's on Offer Beach & Amenities The coastline is outstanding, with around four miles of sandy beaches. The beaches are regular Blue Flag winners.
